We work to build mutual trust and respect with regard to equality of opportunity and offer a range of support for our employers and learners.

Equality and diversity is embedded in learners’ programmes and monitored during discussions with their Training Consultants. Employers are also supported at all stages of the learning journey and provided with a ‘tool kit’ to help them support their staff.  All members of staff undergo Equality and Diversity Training as part of their induction to the company and receive annual up dates.

There are many issues or situations which occur on a daily basis across the UK which can have an impact of individuals personally and professionally.   If you would like help or guidance relating to an Equality and Devisity issue please complete our Request a Call Back form or email htphelp@htptraining.com and a trained member of our team will contact you to help solve issues and concerns in an effective, efficient and confidential manner.
