Rachael Fidler, Managing Director

Rachael Fidler is the founder and Managing Director of HTP Training and the Chief Executive of Albert Cottage Hotel, Isle of Wight.  She trained at the School of Food and Wine before commencing her career in the hospitality sector on the Isle of Wight.

Rachael is passionate about helping individuals and employers to access training to allow them to develop and succeed and believes that everyone, regardless of their background or qualifications, should have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge.

Since the formation of HTP in a tiny office on the Isle of Wight Rachael’s determination, business flare, enthusiasm and drive for quality has enabled HTP to grow and grow.  The company now operates from beautifully furnished training centres in Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight and provides training and support to businesses and their staff across South East England.

Malcolm Randall, Operations and Finance Director

Malcolm joined HTP in April 2002 as Quality Manger becoming a Director one year later. His current role includes the overseeing of Government contracts, data across the organisation.  He is also the company lead on Equality and Diversity.

Prior to joining HTP Malcolm worked for the Government with responsibility for managing training provider contracts in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.  Malcolm has also worked in the contract recruitment industry and holds qualifications in Business and Finance, Strategic management of Equality and Diversity in the Workplace and Operational Management.

Vicki Bonnett, Development Director

Vicki was appointed to the post of Director at HTP Training in 2005 following a career as a freelance Management and Training Consultant. However, her career in training commenced many years earlier when, following completion of full time education, she joined the Royal Navy in the Education and Training specialisation. Vicki gained an MSc in Training with the University of Leicester and has a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training.

Working alongside senior managers she is now responsible for the development of the services and training delivered by the team at HTP Training.
