National 1st for South Coast Based Training Provider

HTP Training, is the first training provider in the country to undergo assessment and be awarded the prestigious Training Excellence standard.  Achieving Training Excellence recognition represents a gold standard; it is difficult to attain, and for that reason is a prestigious accomplishment that is only awarded to excellent training organisations.  As the first to be assessed against the Training Excellence criteria HTP Training have now set the benchmark for all other providers.

The objective of the standard is to recognise training organisations who engage their customers in dialogue to understand their business needs and goals and work in partnership with them to achieve these through the design and delivery of high quality training.   The standard also assesses the capability of the training provider to continuously review and improve performance to demonstrate the ability to deliver and sustain high performance into the future
