Gold for HTP Training

HTP Training are awarded the Investors in People Gold Standard.

Following three days of assessment we were delighted to learn today that we have been awarded the Investment in People Gold standard for the training and development we undertake with our own staff.  The assessment against the IiP Gold Standard, and achievement of this prestigious award, is important as we strive to take the organisation further by improving the training and services we provide for everyone we work with.

The Investors in People Profile is a framework of good practice that provides further stretch for organisations.  It goest beyond the current scope of the Investors in People Standard into broader areas of people management and development, allowing organisations to take an in depth look at their strengths and areas for improvement.   Undertaking this assessment has been a hugely beneficial and rewarding process and one that we would recommend to other organisations who wish to ensure they continuously support and develop the best resources they have - people!
