Apprenticeship leads to dream career

Congratulations to Penny Foster who has worked hard to complete her Management Advanced Apprenticeship with the support of her HTP Training Consultant and colleagues at Carewatch on the Isle of Wight.  As a result of this achievement she has now been offered the chance to enter the Army Officer Training programme.

To achieve this qualification Penny has received invaluable support from her employer where, through the Apprenticeship scheme, she has been able to gain management stills, knowledge and experience as well as this nationally recognised qualification. 

Penny will be taking up her place at Sandhurst, the Army Officer Training Accademy, in May this year.  Well done from everyone at HTP Training.
