New Futures Recruitment

HTP has been working with New Futures Recruitment since October 2010.

New Futures Recruitment consultancy – specialising in recruitment for the education sector –  has been working with training providers over the past 3 years. During this time alongside recruiting assessors, trainers and other staff for organisations delivering training they have always promoted the benefits of employing apprentices. In August 2010 they felt that it was the right time to lead by example and recruit their own apprentice. In September they interviewed a number of potential apprentices and were overwhelmed by the high standard of young people seeking Apprenticeships. They then made their decision and Kaye started work with them on 18 October 2010.  

We have not been disappointed!  Kaye has proved to be a very quick learner and a great asset to our small team.  I would have no hesitation in saying we made the right decision and would encourage other small businesses to do the same!
