Ofsted outstanding

To ensure the quality of vocational training across the UK, training companies are assessed by government Ofsted inspectors.

At the last Ofsted Inspection HTP Training were awarded Grade 1: Outstanding in every area of training and services demonstrating HTP training is uniquely placed to offer the very highest level of service to learners and employers.

Beacon Status

In 2009 HTP were delighted to be awarded ‘Learning and Skills Beacon’ status by the Government. Beacon Status is awarded by invitation to exemplar training companies and colleges and provides public recognition of the excellence and innovation which exists within the further education system. As well as celebrating outstanding teaching and learning in the sector it provides a platform to share providers expertise and for them to be involved in innovative projects.

Training Quality Standard TQS

At HTP Training we are extremely proud of the high quality of training and services we provide therefore, when in 2008 the Government launched the Training Quality Standard to celebrate the best organisations delivering training and development to employers HTP Training was one of the first 17 organisations in the country to be considered for the award and subsequently the only provider to gain full accreditation and to be recognised as a specialist training provider for the Hospitality and Tourism sector.  More information is available at www.trainingqualitystandard.co.uk

Training Excellence TX

In 2011 HTP Training were invited to be the first provider in the country to be assessed against the Training Excellence standard and be awarded the highly prestigious for their outstanding work with employers and other stakeholders.

Investors in People Standard

The Investors in People Standard is the UK’s leading people management standard which accesses the way in which organisations manage and develop their people, leading to business improvement and better public services. HTP is one of the 3,000 organisations who have held the Investors In People Standard for over 10 years.

The organisation was last assessed in 2009. The report states:

HTP is a “Learning Organisation” not just because it is a high quality training provider but because it offers employees the same high quality training that it provides for learners and their employers.

HTP have now reached the final stages of the National Training Awards 2011 which celebrate organisations that have delivered outstanding organisational benefits by directly linking the training needs of their people to the business needs of their organisation. 

Matrix

HTP Training is proud to hold the Matrix Standard, the government’s quality mark for any organisation that provides information advice and guidance services to support individuals, enabling them to make informed choices about their future.

All the departments which deliver training and support to individuals (whether that is face to face, through websites, by telephone, or through training and learning) have been accredited by the Matrix Standard which means you can be sure of obtaining impartial, accurate information regarding training from the team at HTP Training.

National Union Learn Award

HTP were delighted to be nominated to receive the Unionlearn Quality award for its work with The Fire Brigade Union across the South of England. This award is given to providers who are committed to working with trade unions and can demonstrate that unions and union learners are considered in the design, development and delivery of courses and programmes.
