HTP Training was established in 2000 by the current Managing Director, Rachael Fidler. We are passionate about helping individuals and employers to access training to allow them to develop and succeed and believe that everyone, regardless of their background or qualifications, should have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge.

Since the formation of HTP in a tiny office on the Isle of Wight Rachael’s determination, business flare, enthusiasm and drive for quality has enabled HTP to grow and grow. The company now operates from beautifully furnished training centres in Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight and provides training and support to businesses and their staff across the South East of England.

Through our team of qualified, experienced and friendly staff, HTP Training take a consultative approach to identifying the needs of our employers and learners. This approach allows us to design training programmes to meet your specific needs and delivery requirements. We offer a free organisational/training needs analysis service.
