Social Responsibility

 

At HTP Training we recognise the importance of contributing to social and evironmental objectives.  We are committed to behaving ethically and to supporting to econmic growth while improving the quality of life for all our stakeholders such as learners, employers,  staff and their families, as well as of the local community and society at large.

To ensure this takes place HTP have a published Social Responsibility Strategy to which seeks to ensure:

  • Employee rights, health and wellbeing are protected
  • The company's values of equality and diversity and the promotion of equal opportunities for all are upheld
  • Appropriate services and support are provided for all learners, employers and stakeholders and are of a consistently high standard
  • The company is focused on sustainable development, reduction of the carbon footprint and recycling
  • HTP continue to support the local community through recruitment, charity work and the support of community schemes
  • The company's mission, aims and values are publicised and adhered to
