The Apprenticeship programme is flexible in that you can generally start when you want and complete it at the speed you want to.
An Apprenticeship is equivalent to 5 GCSEs grades A - C and will generally take between 12 and 15 months to complete.
The progression from Apprenticeship would be onto an Advanced Apprenticeship. These are designed to take your training to a higher level and are aimed at developing the supervisors and managers of the future. Advanced Apprenticeships include a Level 3 NVQ, is equivalent to 2 A-levels and will take between 18 and 24 months to complete.
