The Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service has been developed to give a broad understanding of the strategic and organisational importance of customer service. Additionally, it encourages the development of an understanding of customer service principles and their application in the workplace, along with the implications of the legislative and regulatory environment in which customer service is delivered.
