ENTRY TO EMPLOYMENT

HTP's Entry 2 Employment programme is an individually designed, learning programme to help young people aged 16 - 18 living on the Isle of Wight or in the New Forest to help find employment, progress to an Apprenticeship or obtain a place at College by developing the skills you need for working life.

E2E offers a flexible timetable where you can select sessions of your choice, including, Independent Living, Activity Planning, Cookery and Vocational Step-Up sessions and Citizenship.

E2E is designed to help build your confidence and develop your skills in areas such as problem solving and working with others.

The Entry 2 Employment programme includes:

• Job Search & Preparation for Employment Training
• Basic and Key Skills support - Maths & English
• IT Training
• Life Skills Training
• Work Experience Placements
• The opportunity to work towards Nationally recognised qualifications such as NVQ's, Health and Safety and Customer Service
• Access to advice agencies

Whilst on Entry 2 Employment you will need to attend at least 16 hours per week and will receive the Government's EMA allowance.

Additionally, bonuses can be obtained as you progress through the programme.
