Gensis Programmes

Genesis programmes are aimed at young people (mainly 16 - 18 year olds) living on the Isle of Wight or in the New Forest who aren’t sure what they want to do or perhaps need help in getting the necessary skills for a course, an Apprenticeship, or job. They are designed for young people who are not currently in education, employment or training, with the aim of developing their personal and social skills, numeracy and literacy skills and building their confidence through work experience.

Taking part in one of the Genesis programmes will entitle you to receive EMA, travel costs and achieve bonuses. You will also meet new people and learn new skills. The team is very friendly and will help you in any way they can.
