Management Training

Have the managers and supervisors in your business ever undertaken formal Management training?

NVQs

• Level 2 Team Leading
• Level 3 Management
• Level 4 Management

VRQs

• Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading
• Level 3 Award in First Line Management
• Level 3 Certificate in Management
• Management of Equality and Diversity in the workplace
• Strategic Management of Equality and Diversity in the workplace

VRQs are delivered through a blended learning approach, ie. workshops and distance learning. Candidates need to complete individual modules and an assignment for each one but will have the support of their tutor all the way through.

Bespoke Training

In addition to the ILM qualifications, HTP can develop bespoke training programmes for your business and if required have these certificated through ILM giving your staff a world wide recognised qualification.

The facilities at HTP’s Professional Development Centres enable HTP to offer an extensive range of business workshops, training events and consultancy services. Centres at St Cross on the Isle of Wight and in Portsmouth, together with the beautiful setting of Albert Cottage in East Cowes, provide the perfect atmosphere for private business meetings and training away from the bustle of the office.
