Apprenticeships - Good For Business

As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2010, the National Apprenticeship Service would like to invite you to a Breakfast Seminar on Thursday February 4th at Albert Cottage Hotel in East Cowes between 8am and 10am.

The seminar is designed to raise the profile of Apprenticeships, the business benefits and to encourage more employers on the Isle of Wight to get involved.

We’ll be promoting the advantages of getting involved in the Apprenticeship scheme and will include some very exciting news on a new scheme where you may be able to receive up to ¦pound;2500 for recruiting a 16 …ldquo; 17 year old into your business.

Hear from other Island Businesses about their experiences of employing Apprentices and find out more about the new Apprenticeships Vacancies Online Service.

The event is one of hundreds that will be held all around the country and will include a presentation from the National Apprenticeship Service, you’ll hear from Island employers who have been engaged with Apprenticeships over the last few years and be able to enjoy breakfast too.
