Training to a higher level proved by Learner Satisfaction survey.

The votes are in and counted for the 2007 HTP Learner Satisfaction Survey.

It’s been another great year with even more people extremely pleased with the training they have undertaken, the progress they have made and the level of achievement.

The survey was issued in January 2008 to all Apprentices, Entry to Employment and Train 2 Gain learners who had taken part in one of HTP's programmes during the previous year.

The questionnaire looked in detail at all parts of the ‘learner journey’ and covered the following key areas:

Information, advice and guidance
The quality of the training received
The way in which the training is delivered and reviewed
Resources
Suitability of the training
Actual progress
The level of support given to the candidate
Equal Opportunities
Health and Safety

Vicki Bonnet, Training Director said, “HTP continually strives to deliver quality training that meets the needs of individuals and assists in their career development. The results of this survey show that we are helping to make a difference and gathering data like this will help us to maintain and improve our delivery in the future.”
