TRAIN 2 GAIN

Train 2 Gain is the new Government initiative designed to "up-skill" the UK's workforce.

HTP has been awarded two contracts to deliver NVQ's for employed Adults aged 19 or over in the work place.

If you or a member of your staff do not hold a Level 2 or equivalent qualification (for example 5 GCSE's at Grades A - C) we can access Government funding on your behalf for you to achieve either a Level 2 NVQ or part funding for a Level 3 NVQ.

We can offer Train 2 Gain placements in the following occupational sectors:

Wage Compensation

Employers with fewer than 50 full time equivalent employees may be eligible for a contribution to wage costs incurred when releasing employees for training during their normal working hours.
