TRAIN 2 GAIN

To ensure the UK remains competitive as a nation in the years to come, the Government is investing millions of pounds into training for people of all ages.

The Government has set itself some high targets to help people gain nationally recognised qualifications such as NVQs as well as up to date Maths and English certificates, all of which is being delivered through the Train to Gain Service.

If you or a member of your staff do not hold a Level 2 or equivalent qualification (for example 5 GCSEs at Grades A - C) we can access Government funding on your behalf for you to achieve either a Level 2 NVQ or part funding for a Level 3 NVQ.

We can offer NVQs through Train to Gain in the following occupational sectors:

Hospitality and Catering
Team Leading and Management
Retail
Business Administration
Customer Service

Other funding may be available to support the cost of qualifications if candidates already have a standard of education above Level 2 – just call for more details.

The Train to Gain service employs a team of highly experienced Skills Brokers whose job is to help employers identify quality, affordable training for their employees. If you have been contacted by a Skills Broker it is likely that they will have referred us to you as part of this process.

Wage Compensation

Employers with fewer than 50 full time equivalent employees may be eligible for a contribution to wage costs incurred when releasing employees for training during their normal working hours.
