I trained with HCTC then HTP completing my NVQ’s which helped me achieve my position at the hotels. I had a short break from the hotels in 2002 for 6 months where I did agency work which included working at Nigel Mansell’s hotel in Devon and then as Assistant Manager at TLH Leisure Resort in Torquay. | |
